"I have to say," shares Daniel, "There are moments in every one of these songs where I tried something, sang a note, phrased a lyric, played an instrument, changed the beat, in an entirely new way for me. A little scary! This is music that took me to places I've never gone before. (And with 22 albums already out, that's saying a lot.) It's been an intense, long, beautiful process to write and record this music, and it's been especially exciting to see the incredible response to my preview performances around the country and online.
